EI fellow discusses Bachmann candidacy on Hardball; video clip Posted: 15 Jun 2011 12:49 AM PDT Jennifer Donahue, a public policy fellow with the Eisenhower Institute at Gettysburg College, appeared on MSNBC's Hardball with Chris Matthews June 14 to discuss whether U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann will be a formidable candidate in the 2012 GOP race for president. "She's a conservative who is a movement conservative. She's the Pat Buchanan of Republicans.
