| EI cosponsors 'Sagdeev at 80' space symposium at UMD Posted: 22 Feb 2013 08:05 AM PST From February 7-8, 2013, EI cosponsored a symposium hosted by the UMD's Department of Physics celebrating the accomplishments of renowned space physicist Roald Sagdeev and exploring current issues and space projects. The symposium, "Sagdeev at 80: Plasma, Space, and International Security," featured over a dozen prominent physicists, cosmologists, and global security experts.  |
